    • Comprehensive Sales Audit: We conduct detailed assessments of your current sales capabilities and identify key areas for improvement to prioritize.

    • Stakeholder Engagement and Input: Includes either two large group sessions or up to five smaller group or one-on-one sessions to deeply understand and address your current sales skills gaps before program development

Ongoing support:

  • Package includes 450 minutes of live strategy discussion (i.e. 15X :30 minute or 7.5X 1 hour check-in calls) with core stakeholders to discuss strategy, adoption, and implementation of programming

  • Program Development and Deployment: This package includes the start-to-finish development, facilitation, and implementation of 3 custom tailored programs designed to align with your business’s unique needs to  enhance overall sales performance. These programs include 1-3X facilitations of each program (up to 9X total sessions per Package depending on your audience customization and group break out preferences). The programs can be facilitated virtually, hybrid, or in-person. T&E, if applicable, is not included.

6-12 months (implementation and timeline at the preference of the client. You will have a maximum of 12 months before this package expires and must be renewed). 

*Additional training programs can be added to the Option 1 Sales Transformation Package via the Option 2 Training-in-a-Box Speaker Series if more programming desired within the 6-12 month engagement period
